Pamela "Pam" Silagan Baricuatro (born November 9, 1966) is a Filipino politician and philanthropist who has served as the 27th Governor of Cebu, governor of Cebu since 2025. A member of the Partido Demokratiko Pilipino (PDP), she is the founder of the Visayas-based food bank Simply Share Foundation. Baricuatro is a graduate of the University of San Carlos. She pursued legal studies at the University of the Visayas before dropping out to work as a flight attendant for Cathay Pacific. She founded the Simply Share Foundation in 2015 and later served as a board executive of the Land Bank of the Philippines, Landbank Resource and Development Corporation during the presidency of Rodrigo Duterte. Typhoon Odette
Typhoon Rai, known in the Philippines as Super Typhoon Odette, was a deadly and extremely destructive super typhoon, which was the second costliest typhoon in Philippine history behind Typhoon Haiyan in 2013. Rai was a powerful rare tropical cyclone that struck the Philippines in mid-December 2021. Rai became the first Category 5-equivalent super typhoon to develop in the month of December since Nock-ten in 2016, and the third of four Category 5 super typhoons recorded in the South China Sea, along with Pamela in 1954, Rammasun in 2014 and Yagi in 2024. Cielito "Honeylet" Salvador Avanceña (born February 17, 1970) is a Filipina businesswoman who is the domestic partner of Rodrigo Duterte, the 16th President of the Philippines (in office from 2016 to 2022). DuterTen (stylized as Duter10 or Duter–Ten) is a major opposition coalition for the 2025 Philippine Senate election.
