Palupera Commune
Palupera Parish was a rural municipality (Estonia), rural municipality of the Estonian county of Valga County, Valga. Palupera Parish ceased to exist when it was divided between Otepää Parish, Otepää and Elva Parish, Elva parishes during the administrative reform in Estonia in 2017. A municipality (, plural ) is the smallest administrative subdivision of Estonia. Each municipality is a unit of self-government with its representative and executive bodies. The municipalities in Estonia cover the entire territory of the country. Municipalities in Estonia are of two types: *Urban municipalities or towns (, singular ) *Rural municipalities or Parish (administrative division), parishes (, singular ). There is no other status distinction between them. Municipalities may contain one or several Populated places in Estonia, settlements. Päidla
Päidla is a village in Otepää Parish, Valga County in southeastern Estonia. (retrieved 28 July 2021) It's located about north of the town of Otepää. Päidla has a population of 94 (as of 1 January 2011). Besides the Lake Mõrtsuka, there are several smaller lakes located in the village: Ahvenjärv, Kalmejärv, Kõverjärv, Mõisajärv, Näkijärv and Uibujärv. The landscape around the lakes is hilly. Päidla Manor was first mentioned in 1522 as ''Krowelshof'', later known as ''Samhof'' and ''Paidel''. Lutike
Lutike is a village in Otepää Parish, Valga County, in southeastern Estonia, about northeast of the town of Otepää. Lutike has a population of 27 (as of 1 January 2011).
