Fajardo () is a town and a municipality part of the San Juan-Caguas-Fajardo Combined Statistical Area in Puerto Rico. Cabezas is a barrio in the municipality of Fajardo, Puerto Rico. Its population in 2010 was 1,339. Croabas Community with 1,053 residents is a fishing neighborhood and tour boat launch site in Cabezas. A reef is a ridge or shoal of rock, coral, or similar relatively stable material lying beneath the surface of a natural body of water.
