Palmer, Texas
Palmer is a town in Ellis County, Texas, United States. It is part of the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. Its population was 2,393 in 2020. Geography Palmer is located in northeastern Ellis County at (32.429405, –96.669013). Interstate 45 passes through the east side of the town, with access from Exits 258 through 260; I-45 leads north to downtown Dallas and south to Ennis. Waxahachie, the county seat, is to the west. According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of , of which is land and , or 1.04%, is water. Demographics As of the 2020 United States census, there were 2,393 people, 782 households, and 627 families residing in the town.
