Commander Central Punjab (abbreviated COMCEP), is a military formation of the Pakistan Navy in the Northern Pakistan, covering the area of responsibility (AOR) of defending the Punjab Province. It is headquartered in PNS PUNJAB in Lahore, Punjab Province of Pakistan. The Pakistan Navy (PN) (; ''romanized'': Pākistān Bahrí'a; ) is the naval warfare branch of the Pakistan Armed Forces. Area of responsibility (AOR) is a pre-defined geographic region assigned to Combatant commanders of the Unified Command Plan (UCP), that are used to define an area with specific geographic boundaries where they have the authority to plan and conduct operations; for which a force, or component commander bears a certain responsibility.
