Paio Pires Futebol Clube is a Portuguese football club based in the village of Paio Pires (Seixal), Setúbal District. It was founded on 6 June 1925. They play home matches at Campo Vale de Abelha, which has a capacity of around 6,000 spectators. History The club was established by a group of local sports enthusiasts and registered with the Associação de Futebol de Setúbal shortly after its foundation. Since then, Paio Pires FC has competed predominantly in district-level leagues, supporting both senior and youth football as well as a futsal section. Recent developments In March 2024, the club's board responded publicly to allegations raised by an opposing slate during internal elections—highlighting its active civic engagement. Facilities The club is headquartered at Avenida José António Rodrigues, 45, and operates training at Vale de Abelha, both in Paio Pires. References
