Padmini Devi (born Princess Padmini Devi of Sirmur; 21 September 1943) is the titular Rajmata of Jaipur. Early life Ethnically born into the royal family of the Sirmur, her father, Maharaja Rajendra Prakash of Sirmur, presently in Himachal Pradesh, was the ruler of Sirmur from 1933–1964. Her mother was Indira Devi, the daughter of Maharaja Thakore Bahadursinhji Mansinhji of Palitana. She received convent education in Mussoorie and then spent time at finishing schools in London and Switzerland. She heads Maharaja Sawai Man Singh II Museum as a chairperson. She takes a keen interest in the social activities and welfare of the people of Jaipur in Rajasthan. Bhawani Singh
Brigadier (India), Brigadier Maharaja Sawai (title), Sawai Bhawani Singh Maha Vir Chakra, MVC (22 October 1931 – 17 April 2011) was an officer in the Indian Army and an entrepreneur. Singh served in the Indian army from 1951 to 1975. In the Indo-Pakistani War of 1971, he was decorated with the Maha Vir Chakra and also he captured Pakistan district chachro, the country's second-highest award for gallantry in the face of the enemy. He later served as an advisor to the Indian Peacekeeping Force, Indian forces in Sri Lanka. After retirement, he served as India's High Commissioner to Brunei. He oversaw the management of Rambagh Palace which had been converted into a hotel. Major General Maharaja Sawai Governor Sir Man Singh II GCSI GCIE (born Sawai Mor Mukut Singh; 21 August 1912 – 24 June 1970) was an Indian prince, government official, diplomat and sportsman. Man Singh II was the ruling Maharaja of the princely state of Jaipur in the British Raj from 1922 to 1947. The Kingdom of Amber, later the Kingdom of Jaipur or the Jaipur State, was located in the north-eastern historic Dhundhar region of Rajputana and was ruled by the Kachhwaha, Kachwaha Rajput dynasty. Bhati (also romanised as Bhattī) is a Rajput clan. The Bhati clan historically ruled over several cities in present-day India and Pakistan with their final capital and kingdom being Jaisalmer, India.
