Pablo Ferro
Pablo Ferro (January 15, 1935 – November 16, 2018) was a Cuban-American graphic designer, film titles designer, and founder of Pablo Ferro Films. Childhood Born in Antilla, Oriente Province, Cuba, he was raised on a remote farm before emigrating to New York with his family as a teenager. When still living in Cuba, he was very close with his grandfather during his youth and took a lot of advice from him that shaped his future. During an interview conducted by ''Art of the Title,'' Ferro talked about that advice. He helped his grandfather a lot out on the farm fields and one day, he felt a sting while working. A scorpion had stung him directly in the toe. It was a painful experience, however, when his grandfather noticed this, in the interview Ferro said his grandfather told him, "See, I told you, you gotta keep moving. AIGA
The American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA) is a professional organization for design. Its members practice all forms of communication design, including graphic design, typography, interaction design, user experience, branding and identity. The organization's aim is to be the standard bearer for professional ethics and practices for the design profession. Lewis Sayre Schwartz ( ; July 24, 1926 – June 18, 2011) was an American comic book artist, advertising creator and filmmaker, credited as a ghost artist for Bob Kane on DC Comics ''Batman'' from 1946-47 through 1953, and with writer David Vern Reed, as co-creator of the villain Deadshot. Alongside Pablo Ferro and Fred Mogubgub, he was cofounder of Ferro, Mogubgub and Schwartz in 1961, a film company whose work includes the credits to Stanley Kubrick's ''Dr. Strangelove''. Schwartz was a teacher at the School of Visual Arts during the early 1960s. He produced a film about Milton Caniff in 1981. He was the recipient of an Inkpot Award in 2002, and four Emmy Awards. NBC Peacock
The NBC, National Broadcasting Company (NBC) has used several corporate logos over the course of its history. The first logo was used in 1926 when the radio network began operations. Its most famous logo, the Peafowl, peacock, was first used in 1956 to highlight the network's color television, color programming. While it has been in use in one form or another for all but four years since then, the peacock did not become part of NBC's main logo until 1979 and did not universally become the network's sole logo until the fall of 1988 (although the peacock as the sole logo was unveiled in 1986).
