Binjai (English: or , Jawi script, Jawi: ), formally Kota Binjai (Binjai City), is an independent city in the North Sumatra province of Indonesia, bordered by Deli Serdang Regency to the east and Langkat Regency to the west. Liga 4 ( English: ''League Four'') is the fourth-tier of the football competition system in Indonesia, and the only amateur league football competition in Indonesia. The competition is organized by Football Association of Indonesia (PSSI) and the first season starts in 2024.
