PCP Capital Partners
Amanda Louise Staveley (born 11 April 1973) is a British business executive. She is notable chiefly for her connections with Middle Eastern investors. She helped lead the Saudi consortium take over of Newcastle United. A deal that was completed in October 2021. As of July 12, 2024, Staveley left her role as Director for Newcastle United. In 2008, Staveley played a prominent role in the investment of £7.3 billion in Barclays by the ruling families of Abu Dhabi and Qatar, and by the Qatari sovereign wealth fund. Staveley's firm, PCP Capital Partners, acted for Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan of the Abu Dhabi royal family, who invested £3.5 billion to control 16 percent of the bank. The House of Maktoum ( ') is the ruling royal family of the Emirate of Dubai, and one of the six ruling families of the United Arab Emirates. The family is a branch of the Bani Yas clan (a lineage the family shares with the Al Nahyan dynasty of Abu Dhabi), a tribal federation that was the dominant power through the region that now forms the United Arab Emirates. Bottisham is a village and civil parish in the East Cambridgeshire district of Cambridgeshire, England, about east of Cambridge, halfway to Newmarket, Suffolk, Newmarket. Established in 1901, Queen Margaret's (QM) is an independent Boarding school, boarding and day school for girls aged 11–18 set in 75 acres of parkland, six miles south of York. History Queen Margaret's was established in 1901 in Scarborough, North Yorkshire, Scarborough mainly by Jane Leeke Latham of the Woodard Schools, Woodard Foundation. Lightwater Valley Family Adventure Park is an adventure park in North Stainley, North Yorkshire, England.
