The song was written by Sykes, alongside Harmony Samuels, Carmen Reece and Major Johnson Finley, and was released in the United Kingdom on 18 October 2015 as the second single from his debut studio album '' Unfinished Business'' (2016). The song peaked at number eight on the UK Singles Chart. A remix featuring American singer Ariana Grande was also released as a single on 15 January 2016. Nathan James Sykes (born 18 April 1993) is an English singer, best known as a member of the boy band The Wanted. In 2013, Sykes appeared with his bandmates in the E! channel reality television series '' The Wanted Life''. After the band's hiatus in 2014, Sykes embarked on a solo career. His debut single, " Kiss Me Quick" was released in July 2015. It reached number-one on the US Dance Club Songs chart. Early life Sykes was born on 18 April 1993 in Gloucester to Harry and Karen Sykes, who is a music teacher. He has a younger sister, Jessica Sykes, who is also a singer. Capital's Summertime Ball is a mini-festival in London, usually held on either first or second Saturday or Sunday of June by the radio station Capital (radio network), Capital. The first ball was at Emirates Stadium in 2009, and it has since been held at Wembley Stadium. Jump Smokers were an electro house music group from the United States. The band consisted of members Justin Roman (vocals/lyrics) and Flipside (production/DJ). Background The two met in Chicago, Illinois working for Chicago radio station B96 in 2003. They formed the group in 2009 along with producer Reydon and digital media designer Johnny Digital. Their debut album, ''Kings of the Dancefloor!'', was released July 27, 2010 on Ultra Records. In 2012, Reydon moved on from the group and Marquee joined the group for 2 years. Career In 2009, Jump Smokers featured on Honorebel's hit single " Now You See It (Shake That Ass)" alongside American rapper Pitbull. Tim Heng Wu (born November 10, 1989), better known by his stage name Elephante, is an American musician, DJ and music producer based in Los Angeles. Early life Wu was born in Ann Arbor, Michigan. His parents were born in Taipei, Taiwan and moved to the United States in their 20s. He is based in Los Angeles.
