Otto Sundgot
Otto Sundgot (born 23 February 1951) is a Norwegian former footballer. Sundgot played for Hødd most of his career and scored 183 goal in 668 matches for the club. He is the second-most capped player at Hødd, only beaten by André Nevstad. Sundgot was in 2012 voted the third best player in the history of Hødd, behind Kjetil Hasund and Nevstad. Sundgot had a spell at Viking between 1975 and 1976, where he played 29 matches and scored 1 goal in the league, and played as a centre-back when Viking won the league in 1975. Sundgot was not capped at senior level, but played six matches for the Norwegian U18 team, and one match for the under-21 team. Arild Sundgot
Arild Gilbert Sundgot (born 17 April 1978) is a former Norwegian football striker, who played most of his career for Lillestrøm. He is the younger brother of Ole Bjørn Sundgot, and the son of Otto Sundgot. He was capped several times on youth and under-21 level. He started playing for Lillestrøm in 1997, when he was brought from Hødd by Even Pellerud, the Lillestrøm manager at that time. He is considered one of the best players in the history of LSK, having scored more than 100 league goals during his 15 years tenure at the club. In the summer of 2012 Sundgot started a tenure as coach in Lillestrøm. He eventually became assistant manager under Arne Erlandsen. In December 2016 he was announced as the new assistant manager of Hødd. Ole Bjørn Sundgot
Ole Bjørn Sundgot (born 21 March 1972) is a Norwegian former professional footballer who played as a striker, for Molde, Bradford City and Lyn. His brother is Arild Sundgot. Ole Bjørn Sundgot is currently the head coach of Sunndal IL in Norwegian 4th division (5th tier). Playing career Sundgot was born in Ulsteinvik and began his career at Hødd, before he joined Molde ahead of the 1991 season where he made his breakthrough, forming a striker partnership with Arild Stavrum and Ole Gunnar Solskjær. Solskjær famously moved to Manchester United while Sundgot spent a period on loan at English club Oldham Athletic, but never played a single first-team match due to injury.
