''Ostrva'' (german: Verführung am Meer) is a 1963 German-Yugoslav drama film directed by Jovan Zivanovic and starring Peter Van Eyck, Elke Sommer, Blazenka Katalinic and Tori Jankovic. A young recently divorced German tourist is hired by a concerned mother to visit her son, who is living a hermit life on an island in the Adriatic Sea, and persuade him to come home. Instead she falls in love with him and his life in seclusion. Elke Sommer (; born Elke Baronin von Schletz, 5 November 1940) is a German actress. She appeared in numerous films in her heyday throughout the 1960s and 1970s, including roles in ''The Pink Panther'' sequel '' A Shot in the Dark'' (1964), the Bob Hope comedy '' Boy, Did I Get a Wrong Number!'' (1966), Agatha Christie's ''And Then There Were None'' (1974), and the British ''Carry On'' series in ''Carry On Behind'' (1975). A hermit, also known as an eremite ( adjectival form: hermitic or eremitic) or solitary, is a person who lives in seclusion. Eremitism plays a role in a variety of religions.
