Oriflame
Oriflame Holding AG is a Swedish-founded multinational multi-level marketing company with its corporate head office in Switzerland, that sells beauty and personal care products directly to consumers online through a network of independent sellers. History Oriflame was founded on January 1, 1967, in Sweden by brothers Jonas af Jochnick and Robert af Jochnick, and their friend Bengt Hellsten. The head office of Oriflame is located in Schaffhausen, Switzerland, with a registered office in Stockholm, Sweden. IK Partners (Formerly Industri Kapital) acquired Oriflame through a public offering on the London Stock Exchange in October 1999. IK gradually reduced its stake, before final exit in March 2006. Magnus Brännström
Magnus Brännström (born June 4, 1966) served as the CEO and president and the board member of the beauty company Oriflame since 2006 until his departure from Oriflame in 2023. He became in 2017 the Chairman of the World Federation of Direct Selling Associations (WFDSA). Brännström was one of few Swedish CEOs of his generation to have made his management career out of Russia. Before joining Oriflame's operations in Russia in 1996, Brännström worked for Swedish companies Spendrups, JGB and the former luxury hotell chain Reso entering the post-Soviet states of the early 90s. Anna Malmhake (born 1966) is a Swedish business executive specialised in FMCG and consumer technology. She is a graduate of Stockholm University, and holds a bachelor's degree in social science, business and law. Career Malmhake started her career at Procter & Gamble in 1991. After positions at The Coca-Cola company and Motorola, she joined Vin & Sprit AB in 2007 as global brand director for Absolut Vodka. Soon after Pernod Ricard bought Vin & Sprit AB, Malmhake was promoted to vice president Global Marketing, a position she held until 2011.
