Order of Njegoš ( sr, Орден Његоша) is an order (honour), Order of the Republic of Srpska. It is established in 1993 by the Constitution of Republika Srpska and 'Law on orders and awards' valid since 28 April 1993. It is named after Njegoš. Ranks Order of Njegoš is awarded for merits in education, culture and economy, and has three classes. Republika Srpska ( sr-Cyrl, Република Српска, lit=Serb Republic, also known as Republic of Srpska, ) is one of the two Political divisions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, entities of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the other being the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is located in the north and east of the country. Its largest city and administrative centre is Banja Luka, lying on the Vrbas (river), Vrbas river. Republika Srpska was formed in 1992 at the outset of the Bosnian War with the stated intent to safeguard the interests of the Serbs of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Orders, decorations and medals of Republika Srpska is a system of awards in Republika Srpska. There are 15 orders and 7 medals. The president of Republika Srpska confers decorations and awards of Republika Srpska on his/her own initiative or at the suggestion of the Office of orders of Republika Srpska ( sh, italics=no, Канцеларија ордена Републике Српске, ''Kancelarija ordena Republike Srpske''). Decorations and awards can be conferred on citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina or foreign nationals, legal entities as well as units of the Armed Forces, and the Ministry of Interior. Vojislav Koštunica
Vojislav Koštunica ( sr-cyrl, Војислав Коштуница, ; born 24 March 1944) is a Serbian former politician who served as the last president of FR Yugoslavia from 2000 to 2003 and as the prime minister of Serbia from 2004 to 2008. Koštunica won the 2000 Yugoslav presidential election as a candidate of a broad alliance Democratic Opposition of Serbia (DOS), which led to overthrow of Slobodan Milošević and the withdrawal of international sanctions against Yugoslavia.
