Open Road (XM)
Road Dog Trucking is a truckers' talk radio channel on the Sirius XM Radio service. It covers subjects relevant to the trucking community, including politics, economics, and social issues. On February 17, 2009, the programming of the Sirius channel merged with the programs aired on XM Radio's Open Road. The majority of programs from both services were retained. History Road Dog Trucking (Sirius) In 2003, Sirius launched its dedicated truckers channel Sirius Trucking Network. It retained the name until March 2006, when the channel was renamed Road Dog Trucking. Willie's Roadhouse
Willie's Roadhouse (formerly Willie's Place) is a channel on the Sirius XM Radio that specializes in playing traditional country music and older country hit songs from the 1960s, 1970s, and 1980s. It is available on channel 61 (previously 59) and Dish Network 6061 (previously 6059), until No Shoes Radio took Willie's Roadhouse's former spot. Until July 10, 2006, this channel was called "Hank's Place", named for Hank Williams. When this was announced, XM did not explain why the name was changed. WLW (700 AM) is a commercial news/talk radio station licensed to Cincinnati, Ohio. Owned by iHeartMedia, WLW is a clear-channel station, often identifying itself as "The Big One". Its studios are located in Sycamore Township (with a Cincinnati address). WLW operates with around the clock.
