The One Capiz is a local political organization based in Capiz, composed of politicians hailing from both the Lakas–CMD and the Liberal Party. History One Capiz was founded in 2024 and is led by incumbent Capiz Governor Oto Castro. One Capiz was launched on September 23, 2024, during the Provincial Executive Council meeting at the Dinggoy Roxas Civic Center. It is launched forming a coalition of political leaders from both the 1st and 2nd districts of Capiz. Fredenil "Oto" Castro serves as chairman of the party while Mar Roxas Manuel "Mar" Araneta Roxas II (; born May 13, 1957) is a Filipino politician who served as a Senator of the Philippines. Fredenil Hernaez Castro (born April 27, 1951), also known as Oto Castro, is a Filipino politician serving as the Governor of Capiz since 2022. He was the Representative of Capiz's 2nd district from 2001 to 2010 and from 2013 to 2022. He had served as a House Deputy Speaker and as the House Majority Leader. Manuel "Mar" Araneta Roxas II (; born May 13, 1957) is a Filipino politician who served as a Senator of the Philippines. He is the grandson and namesake of former Philippine President Manuel Roxas.
