Owli-ye Jonubi () is a village in Owli Rural District of the Central District (Deyr County), Central District in Deyr County, Bushehr province, Bushehr province, Iran. Demographics Population At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 311 in 62 households, when it was in Howmeh Rural District (Deyr County), Howmeh Rural District. The following census in 2011 counted 324 people in 72 households. The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 364 people in 110 households, by which time the village had been transferred to Owli Rural District created in the district. Severe Tropical Cyclone Oli marked the first occurrence of a severe tropical cyclone within the South Pacific basin since Cyclone Gene in 2008. The Operational Land Imager (OLI) is a remote sensing instrument aboard Landsat 8, built by Ball Aerospace & Technologies. Landsat 8 is the successor to Landsat 7 and was launched on February 11, 2013. OLI is a push broom scanner that uses a four-mirror telescope with fixed mirrors. Operation Lifesaver is the largest rail safety education organization in the United States. It was founded by the Union Pacific Railroad in the early 1970s. History In 1972, the Idaho State Police, then-Governor Cecil Andrus and the Union Pacific Railroad mounted campaign to promote "Stop, Look and Listen" safety at highway-rail grade crossings.
