Olenivka ( uk, Оленівка; ro, Urâta) is a village in Podilsk Raion, Odesa Oblast, southern Ukraine, located at 47° 57' 16" n, 29° 30' 45" e, near the Dniester River border with Moldova. Olenivka belongs to Balta urban hromada, one of the hromadas of Ukraine. It is approximately from Chișinău. Until 18 July 2020, Shkarbynka belonged to Balta Municipality. An oblast ( uk, о́бласть; ) in Ukraine, often called a region or province, is the main type of first-level administrative division of the country.
