Oleksiy Mykhaylovych Pavlenko (; born 2 January 1977) is a Ukraine, Ukrainian businessman and politician who was Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food (Ukraine), Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food in the Second Yatsenyuk Government, Yatsenyuk Government. Education In 1998, Pavlenko earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.
