Oleksandr Pivnenko
Oleksandr Serhiiovych Pivnenko (; born 1986) is a Ukrainian athlete, serviceman, and the commander of the National Guard of Ukraine (NGU). He is also a member of the Headquarters of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief since July 25, 2023. He currently holds the rank of Brigadier general, and is also awarded with the title Hero of Ukraine. Biography Oleksandr Pivnenko was born in 1986 to a military family. Pivnenko graduated from the Kryvyi Rih Lyceum with enhanced physical training, the Kharkiv Institute of Tank Troops, and the National Defense University of Ukraine (operational and tactical level). He served in the Omega Special Forces Detachment of the National Guard of Ukraine in Kyiv. As of 2011, he was an officer of the Special Forces and Counterterrorism Unit of the 1st Presidential Operational Brigade. Hero Of Ukraine
A Hero of Ukraine (HOU; ) is the highest national decoration that can be conferred upon an individual citizen by the president of Ukraine. The decoration was created in 1998 by President Leonid Kuchma. As of 6 June 2025, the total number of recipients had been 1109. Additionally, at least 29 decrees assigned have not been published. The decoration is granted to two classes of recipients: to civilians, the Order of the State () ; and to military recipients, the Order of the Gold Star (). Mala Rohan () is a village in Ukraine in Kharkiv Raion, Kharkiv Oblast. It belongs to Vilkhivka rural hromada, one of the hromadas of Ukraine. Ihor Volodymyrovych Klymenko (, ; born 25 October 1972) is a Ukrainian police general serving as the minister of internal affairs since 7 February 2023 (acting since 18 January). He succeeded Denys Monastyrsky following his death in a helicopter crash. He had been the chief of the National Police of Ukraine from 25 September 2019 until 19 January 2023. 3rd Operational Brigade (Ukraine)
The 3rd Operational Assignment Spartan Brigade "Petro Bolbochan" is a brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine. It is a part of the Offensive Guard (Ukraine), Ukrainian Offensive Guard and was established in 2014 in Kharkiv. It has taken part in multiple engagements throughout the Russo-Ukrainian war and is currently deployed on the frontlines.
