Oleh Kotenko
Oleh Oleksiyovych Kotenko (; born 24 December 1970, in Kramatorsk, Donetsk Oblast, Donetsk Obl.) is a public figure, active participant of the Revolution of Dignity, and participant of military actions (2014 – 2017, Russian invasion of Ukraine, 2022). On May 20, 2022, he was appointed as the Commissioner for the Affairs of Persons Missing under Special Circumstances of the Ministry of Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories. Biography Kotenko graduated from school in 1988 in Kramatorsk. In 2007, graduated from the Donetsk National University of Economics and Trade named after M. Tugan-Baranovsky, specializing in international economics. Kramatorsk
Kramatorsk (, ; ) is a city and the administrative centre of Kramatorsk Raion in Donetsk Oblast of the Donbas region of eastern Ukraine. Prior to 2020, Kramatorsk was a city of oblast significance. Since October 2014, Kramatorsk has been the provisional seat of Donetsk Oblast, following the events surrounding the war in Donbas. Donetsk Oblast, also referred to as Donechchyna (, ), is an Oblasts of Ukraine, oblast in eastern Ukraine. It is Ukraine's most populous province, with around 4.1 million residents.
