Oleh Yevheniyovych Doroshchuk ( uk, Олег Євгенійович Дорощук; born 4 July 2001) is a Ukrainian high jumper. He won the bronze medal at the 2024 European Athletics Championships. Career He won bronze in the high jump at the 2018 Summer Youth Olympics in Buenos Aires in October 2018. He finished second at the 2019 European Athletics U20 Championships in Boras. He finished fourth at the 2022 European Athletics Championships in Munich in August 2022. He won the Ukrainian national high jump title in September 2022 in Lutsk. He won silver at the European Athletics U23 Championships in Espoo in July 2023, sharing the runner-up spot with compatriot Roman Petruk on count-back. He competed at the 2023 World Athletics Championships in Budapest where he qualified for the final. He won the Ukrainian indoor national title in the high jump in February 2024 in Kyiv. The Banskobystricka latka is an annual indoor high jump competition which takes place at the Stiavnicky Sport Hall in Banská Bystrica, Slovakia. It was formerly known as the Europa SC High Jump due to sponsorship by the Europa Shopping Center, the city's main shopping mall. Roman Petruk ( uk, Роман Петрук; born 9 November 2003) is a Ukrainian high jumper. He received a bronze medal at the 2021 Summer World University Games and a silver at the 2023 European Athletics U23 Championships. As of July 2024, Petruck is currently serving a 16-month competition ban due to an anti-doping violation. Career Petruk won the bronze medal at the 2019 European Youth Summer Olympic Festival, reaching 2.10 meters. He also competed at the 2021 European Athletics U20 Championships and the 2021 World Athletics U20 Championships, among other competitions, without reaching the medals.
