Oladapo Joshua Afolayan (born 11 September 1997) is an English professional footballer who plays as a winger or centre-forward for Bundesliga club FC St. Pauli. He spent his youth at a multitude of clubs: Harrow St Marys, Chelsea, Toronto FC, Barnet, Tooting & Mitcham United and Toronto Varsity Blues. Georgina Esther Day (née Oladapo; born 15 May 1967) is a former English sprinter and long jumper who represented Great Britain in the women's 4 × 400 metres relay at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics. Biography Oladapo was born on 15 May 1967 in Lewisham, London. She finished second behind Sue Hearnshaw in the long jump event at the 1984 WAAA Championships, where she set a personal best of 6.52 metres. Oladapo was a bronze medallist in the 4 × 100 metres relay at the 1985 European Junior Championships and achieved her best times in the 100 metres and 200 metres with 11.64 and 23.65 secs in 1985. Ifedayo Olawole Oladapo (24 November 1932 – 6 March 2010) was a Nigerian academic and professor of Civil Engineering at the University of Lagos. Early life Ifedayo was born in Ondo City and had his early education at Government College, Ibadan. He attended the University College Ibadan in 1954 and graduated with honors and afterwards earned a B.Sc. in civil engineering from the University of St. Andrews, graduating with First Class honours in 1959. Ọlátúbọ̀sún Ọládàpọ̀, also known as Túbọ́sún Ọládàpọ̀, (born September 19, 1943) is a Nigerian poet, playwright and record producer. He is recognised for his contributions to Yorùbá oral literature. Work Ọládàpọ̀ studied at St. Luke's Teachers' Training College in Ibadan, where he was recognised for his aptitude for drama, and sent on scholarship to the University of Lagos to pursue Yoruba Studies. Biography Oladapo, born in London, finished second behind Australian Robyn Lorraway in the long jump event at the 1983 WAAA Championships but by virtue of being the highest placed British athlete she became the British long jump champion.
