Oh Jung-se (; born February 26, 1977) is a South Korean actor. He is best known for his lead roles in the television series ''It's Okay to Not Be Okay'' (2020), ''Uncle'' (2021), ''Revenant'' (2023), ''Mr. Plankton'' (2024), and '' Good Boy'' (2025), as well as the film ''Swing Kids'' (2018). He won Best Supporting Actor – Television at the Baeksang Arts Awards for two consecutive years in 2020 and 2021. Life and career 1997–2014: Beginnings Oh Jung-se was born on February 26, 1977. Uiryeong County
Uiryeong County () is a county in South Gyeongsang Province, South Korea. Uiryeong County has a population of 27,550 (2019) and is one of the least populated counties in South Korea. History Early history No presence of Neolithic artefacts have been confirmed, however Bronze Age artefacts such as tombstones have been found in the region. The region is thought to have been in the domain of Aragaya (modern day Haman County) and the Bisabeol (modern day Changnyeong County) region, during the Three Kingdoms period in Korea, and is thought to have been under the influence of the Kingdom of Silla, after the province of Haju (下州, 하주) was installed in the region of Changnyeong in 555 (under King Jinheung of Silla). ''Face'' () is a 2004 Korean horror film directed by Yoo Sang-gon. Plot Lee Hyun-min, who works reconstructing faces from skulls, quits his work in an institute to stay with his Beta-allergic daughter Jin that was submitted to a transplant of heart by the specialist Dr. Yoon. The newcomer researcher to the institute, Jung Sun-young, comes to his house with the skull of a victim of a serial-killer that had her whole body melted down with acid. At first, Hyun-min refuses the assignment, but he is haunted by the ghost of the victim, and scared, he decides to reconstruct the face of the woman. ''Windstruck'' (; "Let me introduce (you to) my girlfriend") is a 2004 South Korean romantic drama film written and directed by Kwak Jae-yong, starring Jun Ji-hyun and Jang Hyuk. ''Into the Mirror'' () is a 2003 South Korean supernatural horror film about a series of grisly deaths in a department store, all involving mirrors, and the troubled detective who investigates them. It was the debut film of director Kim Sung-ho. Plot After accidentally causing the death of his partner during a hostage situation, Wu Young-min quits the police force to work for his uncle as head security of Dreampia, an immense shopping center.
