Océane Dodin
Océane Dodin (, born 24 October 1996) is a French professional tennis player. She reached a career-high singles ranking of world No. 46 and in doubles of No. 375 in 2017, by the WTA. Dodin has won one WTA Tour singles title at the 2016 Coupe Banque Nationale, and a further 17 ITF Tour titles. Her best result at a Grand Slam is reaching the fourth round of the 2024 Australian Open. Personal life Dodin was born on 24 October 1996 in Lille. An only child, she played tennis with her parents and was coached by her father, Frédéric Dodin. Her tennis idols include Maria Sharapova and Roger Federer. Teliana Santos Pereira (born 20 July 1988) is a Brazilian former professional tennis player. On 19 April 2015, she became the first Brazilian in 27 years to win a title on the WTA Tour, beating Yaroslava Shvedova in Bogotá 7–6, 6–1. She achieved a singles ranking of world No. 48 in August 2015, after having won her second career title at Florianópolis by defeating German Annika Beck, in three sets. A wild card (also wildcard or wild-card and also known as an at-large berth or at-large bid) is an invitation to a tournament or a playoff berth awarded to a team or individual that does not qualify via an automatic bid. In some events, wildcards are chosen freely by the organizers. Other events have fixed rules. The Grand Slam in tennis is the achievement of winning all four major championships in one discipline in a calendar year. In doubles, a Grand Slam may be achieved as a team or as an individual with different partners.
