Education Cook graduated in 1999 with a Bachelor of Design in jewellery from Unitec Auckland where among other tutors she studied with Pauline Bern. Biography Octavia Cecilia Capuzzi Waldo was born on April 25, 1929 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the eighth child of Italian-American parents. Octavia Salmine Sperati (née Svendsen, February 19, 1847 – March 22, 1918) was a Norwegian actress. Sperati made her debut in 1865 at the Central Theater in the play ''Les vieux péchés'' (Norwegian title: ''Gamle Minder'') by Mélesville and Dumanoir, at the same time as she lived and worked in her Aunt Marthine Lund's photo studio. Later she was associated for a time with the Christiania Norwegian Theater. She went from there to the National Theater in Bergen, when it opened in 1876. This took place in the Comedy House at Engen, where Ole Bull's Norwegian Theater operated from 1850 to 1863. It was later rented out to traveling theater troupes. Octavia Grace Ritchie England (16 January 1868 – 1 February 1948) was a Canadian physician and suffragist. In 1891 she became the first woman to receive a medical degree in Québec. Early life and education Octavia Grace Ritchie was born in Montreal, the daughter of Thomas Weston Ritchie and Jessie Torrance Fisher. Her father was a lawyer. She attended the Montreal High School for Girls. In 1888, she was the first woman valedictorian at McGill University. She wanted to continue into medical school at McGill, but was denied admission based on gender. Emma Octavia Lundberg (October 8, 1881 – November 17, 1954) was a Swedish-American child welfare advocate. Biography Lundberg was born in Tranegärdet, Humle Socken, Västergötland, Sweden on October 26, 1881, to Frans Vilhelm Lundberg and Anna Kajsa Johanson. Her family emigrated to Rockford, Illinois, in 1884 where Lundberg went to attend Rockford High School, graduating in 1901.
