OV7, formerly known as La Onda Vaselina, was a Mexican Latin pop group formed in 1989. With a career spanning more than 30 years and several hits in the Latin American markets, OV7 remains as one of the most successful acts in Latin pop history. The group disbanded in 2003. Timbiriche
Timbiriche (also known for a brief time as La Banda Timbiriche) was a Mexican pop music group. The group started as a children's group in 1981 and managed to evolve successfully into adulthood. Timbiriche is considered one of the most iconic Latin Pop acts of the 1980s and the early 1990s. It was the start of numerous figures in the Latin American entertainment world, including successful singers like Thalía, Paulina Rubio and Edith Márquez, as well as actors, composers and conductors. The discography of the band consists of twelve studio albums released between 1982 and 1993, in addition to two compilation albums and two discs recorded live. Timbiriche is considered one of the most popular Latin Pop bands of all time. They have met in three successful reunions. Alejandro Sirvent
Alejandro Sirvent (born October 18, 1979), also credited as Alex Sirvent, is a Mexican actor, singer and composer. His first TV series stint was playing the role of Eduardo Arellano Gómez in telenovela ''Corazones al límite''. His filmography includes ''Bajo el mismo techo'', '' Contra viento y marea'', ''Vibe'', '' Madre Luna'' and ''Para Volver a Amar''. Some of his songs have gone on to be featured in some telenovelas. Kalimba (singer)
Kalimba Kadjaly Marichal Ibar (born 26 July 1982), known mononymously as Kalimba, is a Mexican singer and actor. Career Kalimba was born in Mexico City to Afro-Cuban parents. He and his sister M'balia were both given traditional African names. His parents, especially his father, were involved in music and theatre. Kalimba began his career at the age of three. He and his sister M'balia Marichal began performing in theatre and on television. Kalimba appeared on shows such as ''Chiquilladas'' and ''Chispas de chocolate'' (in which he shared credit with his sister and his father). At the same time he participated in the telenovela ''Carrusel de las Américas''. National Auditorium () is an entertainment center at Paseo de la Reforma #50, Chapultepec in Mexico City. The National Auditorium is considered among the world's best venues by specialized media. Banda Music
Banda is a subgenre of regional Mexican music and type of ensemble in which Wind instrument, wind (mostly Brass instrument, brass) and Percussion instrument, percussion instruments are performed. The history of banda music in Mexico dates from the middle of the 19th century with the arrival of Piston valve, piston brass instruments, when community musicians tried to imitate military bands.
