Background The event marked the promotion's second visit to Qatar and first since the country's much anticipated debut at ONE 166 in March 2024. A ONE Strawweight World Championship unification bout and trilogy between current champion Joshua Pacio and former champion (also a current interim champion) Jarred Brooks was scheduled to serve as the co-main event, but was elevated as the event's headliner. Kade Ruotolo (born January 22, 2003) is an American submission grappler and mixed martial artist. A competitor with his twin brother Tye since the age of 3, Ruotolo is an IBJJF World champion, Pan Am, and European Open champion at every coloured belt level. Ritu Kumari Phogat (born 2 May 1994) is an Indian mixed martial artist who competed in the Atomweight division of ONE Championship. She is also a female wrestler who won a gold medal at the 2016 Commonwealth Wrestling Championship. Early and personal life Ritu is the third daughter of former wrestler Mahavir Singh Phogat and started training under her father at the age of eight. Her sisters Geeta Phogat and Babita Kumari as well as cousin Vinesh Phogat are all Commonwealth Games gold medalists in wrestling. He competed mostly with ONE Championship, where he was the former ONE Bantamweight World Champion and Universal Reality Combat Championship (URCC) Flyweight Champion. Early life and education Belingon is of Igorot descent and hails from Kiangan, Ifugao, Philippines.
