OKX, formerly known as OKEx, is a San Jose-headquartered blockchain technology company that operates the second-largest cryptocurrency exchange in terms of daily trading volume, and provides access to decentralized finance (DeFi) through its OKX Wallet. Tether, often referred to by its currency codes USD₮ and USDT, is a cryptocurrency stablecoin launched by Tether Limited Inc. in 2014. Michael B. Halkitis (born 1 February 1969) is a Bahamian politician. He has been Minister of Economic Affairs since September 2021. He has served in both the House of Assembly and Senate of the Bahamas. Early life Halkitis was born on 1 February 1969 in Nassau, The Bahamas.
