OFC Gigant ( bg, ОФК Гигант) is a Bulgarian association football club based in Saedinenie, Plovdiv Province, currently playing in the South-East Third League, the third level of Bulgarian football. History The club was founded in 1946 and spent most of their early years in the country's lower divisions. In 2007 they finished in 1st place in the "A" RFG Plovdiv and once again returned the South East "V" group, where they have remained since. The Bulgarian Third Amateur Football League ( bg, Трета аматьорска футболна лига, Treta Amat'orska Futbolna Liga), commonly referred to as Third League ( bg, Трета лига) or Treta liga, is the third level of the Bulgarian football league system. Third League operates on a system of promotion and relegation with the second and the fourth tier of the Bulgarian football league pyramid – respectively being Second League and the A Oblast Groups. Currently Third League consists of four divisions that are formed by separating the country into four regions: ''North-West'', ''South-West'', ''North-East'' and ''South-East''. The 2017–18 Third Amateur Football League season is the 68th season of the Bulgarian Third Amateur Football League. The group is equivalent to the third level of the Bulgarian football pyramid with four divisions existing in it. The divisions themselves are geographically separated into ''North-West'', ''North-East'', ''South-East'', and ''South-West'', covering the football clubs of their respective zones. Tsvetan Nikolov Yotov ( bg, Цветан Йотов; born 3 June 1989, in Stamboliyski) is a Bulgarian football player who currently plays for Gigant Saedinenie as a centre-back. Career On 5 July 2011, Yotov signed with the elite club Cherno More after a successful trial period. He couldn't break into the team and was released in July 2012. Simeon Raykov ( bg, Симеон Райков; born 11 November 1989) is a Bulgarian footballer who plays as a winger for Gigant Saedinenie. Career Levski Sofia In the summer of 2011, Simeon signed with PFC Levski Sofia. His kit number was chosen to be 11. On 19 July 2012, Raykov netted the only goal for Levski in the 1:0 home win over Bosnian club FK Sarajevo in a UEFA Europa League match, but the team from Sofia was eliminated from the competition after a 1:3 loss in the return leg. Regional Amateur Football Groups (Bulgaria)
The Bulgarian Regional Amateur Football Groups ( bg, Областни Аматьорски Футболни Групи, Oblastin Amat'orski Futbolni Grupi) are the 4th and 5th level of the Bulgarian football league system. There are 41 groups called A Regional Football Groups and 19 B Regional Football Groups. Teams from B RFG are promoted to A RFG and A RFG teams are promoted to Third League. Competition format A RFG (or A OFG) has 28 regional geographically specified divisions, as some of the regions have more than one group. 28 teams are promoted to Third League at the end of every season. there are 9 B RFG (or B OFG) divisions registered for season 2015-16.
