Bob Nyström
Robert Thore Nystrom (born October 10, 1952) is a Swedish–Canadian former professional ice hockey right winger. He played for the New York Islanders of the National Hockey League (NHL) from 1972 to 1986. He is best remembered as having scored the Stanley Cup-winning goal at the 7:11 mark of overtime during game six of the 1980 Stanley Cup Finals. This signaled the first of four straight championships for the Islanders. He was also among the last NHL players to not wear a helmet during a game. Playing his minor hockey in Hinton, Alberta, Nystrom is immortalized on the town's wall of fame. He is arguably the most successful NHL player from the geographical area that yielded the likes of Dave Scatchard and Dean McAmmond. Zachris Usko Nyström, known as Usko Nyström, (6 September 1861 – 6 January 1925) was a Finnish architect and one of the most influential professors of architecture at Helsinki University of Technology; among his students were later notable architects Eliel Saarinen and Alvar Aalto. One of the pioneering architects of the early Art Nouveau or Jugendstil style in Finland at the end of the 19th and beginning of the 20th century, he continued to influence generations of students by introducing them to the style. Lars-Fredrik Nyström
Lars-Fredrik Nyström (born August 10, 1949) is a retired Swedish ice hockey player. He started his professional career in Skellefteå AIK where he played until 1977 when he joined Djurgårdens IF. He ended his playing career after the 1981–82 season in the same club. During the following season Nyström became assistant coach to head coach Gunnar Svensson. When Svensson was fired January 21, 1986, Nyström along with former Djurgården player and team captain Håkan Eriksson coached Djurgården for the rest of the 1985–86 season. Joakim "Jocke" Nyström (; born 20 February 1963) is a former top ten ranked tennis player from Sweden who won 13 singles titles during his professional career.
