Nyqwan Murray (born July 28, 1997) is an American football wide receiver for the San Antonio Gunslingers of the Indoor Football League (IFL). Early years Murray played high school football at Oak Ridge High School in Orlando, Florida. College career Murray played college football at Florida State. During the 2016 Orange Bowl against Michigan, Murray caught a 92-yard touchdown pass from Deondre Francois, an Orange Bowl record for longest touchdown reception. Professional career Seattle Seahawks After going undrafted in the 2019 NFL draft, Murray participated in the Seattle Seahawks rookie minicamp, and later signed with the team on August 1, 2019, but was waived five days later. He was re-signed on August 27, 2019. He was waived a second time on September 1, 2019. Deondre Francois (born February 12, 1997) is an American football quarterback for the Orlando Guardians of the XFL. He played college football for Hampton University and Florida State University. Early life and background When Francois was a young child, he moved numerous times bouncing back and forth from Miami to Orlando. His mother Janice moved him and his family from Little Haiti, a neighborhood of Miami, to Orlando for a better life around the 4th grade where he first started playing football at the age of nine for the Orlando Outlaws with his godfather, Barry White. The 2023 XFL Draft, is the player selection process to fill the rosters of the eight teams of the 2020 reboot of the XFL (2020), XFL, and the second draft in that league's history following the 2020 XFL Draft, 2020 draft. The draft was held on November 15–17, 2022, with results released through the XFL's social media channels. Structure The XFL 2023 draft pool consists of 1,700 players that are eligible. Of those, 528 players will advance to the preseason rosters.
