''Nuevas Metas'' (Spanish for "new goals") is the debut studio album by Panamanian group La Factoría. It was released on December 4, 2006, through Universal Music Latino. It contained the hit single " Perdóname". La Factoría
La Factoría was a Panamanian group led by Marlen Romero, better known by her stage name Demphra. Initially the group was formed by Romero, Johanna Mendoza (Joysi Love), Edgardo Miranda (MC Joe) and Pablo Maestre (DJ Pablito). The latter three eventually left the group, and Demphra carried on for one more album. History In 2001, Demphra joined Panama Music where she released her first solo album, ''La Willa Demphra''. The disc was a complete success in her home country Panama, and including songs like “El Muslo”, “Tilin Tilin”, “Ush”, among others. After the success of this album, MC Joe, Goodfella, Joysi Love and DJ Pablito got together with Demphra, and La Factoría was formed. "Perdóname" is a song by Panamanian duo La Factoría and singer Eddy Lover, released as a single from La Factoría's debut studio album, '' Nuevas Metas'' (2006). A remix of the song features dancehall artist Adrian Banton. A new version of the song with Puerto Rican singer Farruko was released in October 2023. The track was sampled in American singer Becky G Rebbeca Marie Gomez (born March 2, 1997), known professionally as Becky G, is an American singer and actress. Eddy Lover
Eduardo Mosquera (born 16 March 1985), better known by his stage name Eddy Lover, is a Panamanian reggaeton and Spanish reggae singer and songwriter. Lover rose to international fame with his guest appearance on La Factoría's 2006 smash hit " Perdóname". Biography Mosquera was born in Panama City, Panama. He began singing at the age of 12 but it was not until 2000 that he recorded his first song called "Lloro" when he participated in the famous Panamanian mix albums ''Poison'' and ''Las Propias''. In 2006, Lover signed a record deal with Panama Music. That same year Eddy Lover recorded ''Prefiero que te Vayas'' and ''Vete''. Both songs became huge hits in Panama. Two years later the artist released his debut album '' Perdóname''. The album included songs like '' Luna'', ''No Debiste Volver'' and the smash hit '' Perdóname''.
