Noël Rakotondramboa
Noël Rakotondramboa is a Malagasy politician. A member of the Tiako I Madagasikara party, he was the First Vice-President of the Senate of Madagascar The Senate ( / ) is the upper chamber of the bicameral Parliament of Madagascar. The Senate has 18 members: 12 are indirectly elected, one from each of the 22 regions of Madagascar, and 6 are appointed by the President.
