''Not So Friendly Neighborhood Affair'' ( bs, Deset u pola; ) is a 2021 Bosnian comedy film directed by Danis Tanović, who co-wrote the screenplay with Nikola Kuprešanin. The film stars Branko Đurić and Izudin Bajrović. Released on 13 August 2021, the film received positive reviews. Plot In a COVID-19 pandemic-stricken Sarajevo, people walk with masks on their faces, get sick every day and cafes suffer the consequences of a locked world. Danis Tanović (born 20 February 1969) is a Bosnian film director and screenwriter. He is best known for having directed and written the script for the 2001 Bosnian movie '' No Man's Land'' which won him many awards, including an Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film and a Golden Globe Award for Best Foreign Language Film among many others. Tanović has also written and directed the award-winning Bosnian films '' An Episode in the Life of an Iron Picker'' and '' Death in Sarajevo''. He is regarded as one of the best Bosnian directors and screenwriters of all time, and also one of the best from Southeast Europe. Goran Bregović (born 22 March 1950) is a recording artist from Bosnia and Herzegovina. He is one of the most internationally known modern musicians and composers of the Slavic-speaking countries in the Balkans, and is one of the few former Yugoslav musicians who has performed at major international venues such as Carnegie Hall, Royal Albert Hall and L'Olympia. Halid Bešlić
Halid Bešlić (; born 20 November 1953) is a Bosnian folk singer and musician who has been performing professionally since 1979. Bešlić's singing career was one of the most successful in Yugoslavia, and continues today throughout the entire Balkan region. Early life Bešlić was born in the Knežina village near Sokolac, Bosnia and Herzegovina, while it was part of FPR Yugoslavia. His father Mujo Bešlić, a military man, died on 1 April 2016 at the age of 83 in a Sarajevo hospital.
