The Norwegian Centre Against Racism or Anti-Racism Centre (Norwegian: ; NCAR) is a non-governmental organization based in Oslo, Norway established in 1983. The organization’s main objective is to achieve a socially just society through the fight against racism and discrimination. The Centre works toward its objective through the documentation and prevention of racism, racism awareness, and the mobilization of the minority population in Norway. Boot Boys
The Boot Boys was a far-right Norwegian Neo-Nazi organization from Bøler, a suburban area of Oslo, with connections to individuals in Bergen and Kristiansand. Consisting of about 50 members, it was considered one of the most violent Neo-Nazi groups in Norway. They were founded in the midst of the 1990s and played an active role for many years. The group was known for having racist and xenophobic views. When the Neo-Nazi community in Bøler was best mobilized in the fall of 2000, it consisted of 10 to 12 young men who were in control of a restricted area. The International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (ICERD) is a United Nations convention. A third -generation human rights instrument, the Convention commits its members to the elimination of racial discrimination and the promotion of understanding among all races. The Convention also requires its parties to criminalize hate speech and criminalize membership in racist organizations. The Convention also includes an individual complaints mechanism, effectively making it enforceable against its parties. Tore Wilhelm Tvedt (born 23 March 1943) is a Norwegian neo-Nazi founder of the extremist Vigrid organisation. In 2006, Tvedt was convicted and received a suspended 45-day jail sentence for violation of the Norwegian racism paragraph due to a 2003 interview with ''Verdens Gang'' where he referred to Jews as "evil murderers" and "parasites which will be cleaned out". Anders Behring Breivik
Fjotolf Hansen (born 13 February 1979), better known by his birth name Anders Behring Breivik () and by his pseudonym Andrew Berwick, is a Norwegian far-right domestic terrorist, known for committing the 2011 Norway attacks on 22 July 2011.
