Northern Tier Passenger Rail (abbreviated NTPR) is a proposed Inter-city rail, intercity rail project in the United States, U.S. state of Massachusetts that would restore passenger service along the Northern Tier corridor, which could connect North Adams, Massachusetts, North Adams, Greenfield, Massachusetts, Greenfield, and possibly Albany, New York, Albany to Boston. The line would connect Berkshire County, Massachusetts, Berkshire, Franklin County, Massachusetts, Franklin, Worcester County, Massachusetts, Worcester, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, Middlesex, and Suffolk County, Massachusetts, Suffolk counties in northwestern Massachusetts with North Station.
