Normani Kordei Hamilton ( ; born May 31, 1996), known mononymously as Normani, is an American singer. She first became known as a member of the girl group Fifth Harmony, which became one of the best-selling girl groups of all time. While in the group, she competed in ''Dancing with the Stars'' (2017). She embarked on a solo career with her 2018 debut single " Love Lies" (with Khalid), which peaked within the top ten of the ''Billboard'' Hot 100 and received quintuple platinum certification by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).
