Norm Beckton

	Norm Beckton Norman Aubrey Beckton (4 May 1898 – 8 September 1984) was an Australian rules footballer who played with Essendon in the VFL during the 1920s. Football Beckton played as a ruckman and won Essendon's best and fairest In Australian sport, the best and fairest award recognises the player(s) adjudged to have had the best performance in a game or over a season for a given sporting club or competition. The awards are sometimes dependent on not receiving a suspensi ... in 1928. A premiership player in 1923 and 1924, Beckton also represented Victoria during his career.
