Nolan Seegert
Nolan Seegert (born 11 July 1992) is a German retired pair skater. With his skating partner, Minerva Fabienne Hase, he was the 2019 Rostelecom Cup bronze medalist, 2021 CS Nebelhorn Trophy champion, and three-time German Figure Skating Championships, German national champion (2019–20, 2022). The pair represented Germany at the 2022 Winter Olympics. Personal life Seegert was born on 11 July 1992 in Berlin. He has studied sports science and biology at Humboldt University Berlin. In 2017, he joined the Bundeswehr's Sportfördergruppe (sports support group). Career Early career Seegert began learning to skate in 1999. During the 2007–2008 season, he competed with Josephine Klinger in novice pairs. The following season, he continued in the novice ranks with a new partner, Karolin Salatzki. 2019 Rostelecom Cup
The 2019 Rostelecom Cup was the fifth event of the 2019–20 ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating, a senior-level international invitational competition series. It was held at Megasport Sport Palace in Moscow, Russia from November 15–17. Medals were awarded in the disciplines of single skating, men's singles, ladies' singles, pair skating, and ice dance. The Bavarian Open is an international figure skating competition held in February at the Eissportzentrum Oberstdorf in Oberstdorf, Germany. It is organized by the Skating Union of Bavaria. 2012 International Challenge Cup
The International Challenge Cup (formerly known as the Ennia Challenge Cup and the Aegon Cup) is an annual figure skating competition generally held in the Netherlands during the last week in February. German Figure Skating Championships
The German Figure Skating Championships () are an annual figure skating competition organized by the German Ice Skating Union () to crown the national champions of Germany. The 2021 CS Nebelhorn Trophy was held on September 22–25, 2021 in Oberstdorf, Germany. It was part of the 2021–22 ISU Challenger Series. Pair skating is a figure skating discipline defined by the International Skating Union (ISU) as "the skating of two persons in unison who perform their movements in such harmony with each other as to give the impression of genuine Pair Skating as compared with independent Single Skating".S&P/ID 2021, p. 109 The ISU also states that a pairs team consists of "one Woman and one Man".
