Noghtechin
''The Dots'' () is an Iranian satire television sitcom. It was broadcast for the first time by the IRIB in 2003. It was directed by Mehran Modiri, the creator of Pavarchin and Shabhaye Barareh. The show was famous for ''Bamshad'' and his song "Bi-vafa-ie." It is also noted that ''The Dots'' holds the distinction of receiving the most money from advertising of any Iranian show, thanks largely to constant sponsorship by Samsung, which is featured prominently in Mr. Pirdoost's store. Many of the actors in ''The Dots'' are reused in other Modiri productions. Plot The plot centered around Ardal Pashandi (Mehran Modiri), Bamshad Pahnfar ( Reza Shafiei-Jam), and their wives, Manizhe and Mozhdeh Jaberi (Sahar Valadbeigi). Mehran Modiri
Mehran Modiri (; born 7 April 1967) is an Iranian peoples, Iranian director, actor, comedian, producer, screenwriter, host and singer. Career His various series, which have been broadcast through IRIB have set records in terms of viewership (an estimated 95% viewership when he is on-air), as well as making him a popular personality among the masses. His artistic career began in his teenage years acting in local plays. He then entered the world of radio and television in the early 1990s, actively writing scripts for and participating in various comedy skits during the annual Norooz comedy television shows broadcast by the IRIB. He achieved real stardom with his creation of ''Pavarchin'' (''Tiptoeing''), in which he won numerous awards for directing and starring in the picture. Shabhaye Barareh
''Barareh Nights'' () is a 2005 Iranian satire television series broadcast by the IRIB network. The series ended after 92 episodes; the storyline of ''Barareh Nights'' was not complete. It aired in Iran daily at 8:00 p.m. Tehran time on Channel 3 (Iran), Channel 3. Rebroadcast outside of the country was daily on IRIB 1 and Jame Jam TV, IRIB 2. The last show episode aired Thursday 1 December 2005. It was directed by Mehran Modiri. Barareh Nights is the prequel to Mehran Modiri's 2002 serial, ''Pavarchin''.
