The mother company is called Huoxingshi Technology and is based in Beijing with its design center located in Shanghai, with vehicle R&D and manufacturing located in Changzhou. Dorcen was a Chinese car marque introduced in September 2018 and owned by Dorcen Motor Co., Ltd. The marque vehicles were produced at facilities formerly owned by JMCG's JMCGL and Zotye Domy. The brand filed for bankruptcy in 2021.
