Nishant Sindhu
Nishant Sindhu (born 9 April 2004) is an Indian cricketer who plays for Haryana in domestic cricket. In December 2022, he was bought by the Chennai Super Kings in the auction for the 2023 Indian Premier League tournament. Career He made his first-class debut against Tripura in the 2021–22 Ranji Trophy on 17 February 2022. He made his Twenty20 debut against Services on 11 October 2022 in the 2022–23 Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. He made his List A debut against Kerala on 12 November 2022 in the 2022–23 Vijay Hazare Trophy. Sindhu played for the India national under-19 cricket team, including at the 2022 ICC Under-19 Cricket World Cup and 2021 ACC Under-19 Asia Cup. In June 2023, he was named in North Zone squad for the 2023 Duleep Trophy. He scored a 150 against North East Zone. Rohtak
Rohtak () is a city and the administrative headquarters of the Rohtak district in the Indian state of Haryana. It lies north-west of New Delhi and south of the state capital Chandigarh on NH 9 (old NH 10). First-class Cricket
First-class cricket, along with List A cricket and Twenty20 cricket, is one of the highest-standard forms of cricket. A first-class match is of three or more days scheduled duration between two sides of eleven players each and is officially adjudged to be worthy of the status by virtue of the standard of the competing teams. Matches must allow for the teams to play two innings each, although in practice a team might play only one innings or none at all. The etymology of "first-class cricket" is unknown, but the term was used loosely before it acquired official status in 1895, following a meeting of leading English clubs. 2023 ACC Emerging Teams Asia Cup
The 2023 ACC Emerging Teams Asia Cup was the fifth edition of the ACC Emerging Teams Asia Cup. It took place from 13 to 23 July 2023 in Sri Lanka. The tournament featured a total of eight teams, which included five 'A' teams from the full members of the Asian Cricket Council; and the top three teams from the 2023 ACC Men's Premier Cup. 2022–23 Vijay Hazare Trophy
The 2022–23 Vijay Hazare Trophy was the 30th edition of the Vijay Hazare Trophy, an annual List A cricket tournament in India. It was played from 12 November to 2 December 2022. Kerala Cricket Team
The Kerala cricket team is a domestic cricket team based in the Indian state of Kerala. It is in the Elite Group of the Ranji Trophy, the premier first class cricket tournament in India. It was known as Travancore-Cochin cricket team until 1957/58. Kerala has produced two Indian Test cricketers, Tinu Yohannan and S. Sreesanth. Services Cricket Team
The Services cricket team plays in the Ranji Trophy, the main domestic first-class cricket competition in India. Under the auspices of the Services Sports Control Board, they represent the Indian Armed Forces. Their home ground is the Palam A Stadium, Palam Air Force Base, New Delhi.
