is a Japanese gymnast and Olympic medalist. Sports career Iketani received a bronze medal in ''floor exercise'' and in ''team all-around'' 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul. is a Japanese alpine skiing, alpine skier. His first international successes were at the 1996 Junior World Championships in Schwyz, with a 5th rank in Slalom skiing, Slalom, and a 9th rank in Giant slalom. Since the 1997 Alpine Skiing World Cup he has been participating regularly in Alpine Skiing World Cup, World Cup races, nine times ranking in the top ten. Karina Maruyama
is a Japanese ''tarento'' and former football player. She played for the Japanese national team. Since her retirement, Maruyama has been active as a television personality, represented by the talent agency Horipro. Club career Maruyama was born in Ota, Tokyo on 26 March 1983. Toshihiko Koga
was a Japanese judoka, 9th degree black belt and Olympic champion who competed in the –71 kg and –78 kg divisions. Koga is regarded as having perhaps the greatest ippon seoi nage ever. He died of cancer on 24 March 2021 at the age of 53. Biography Koga was born in Kitashigeyasu, Saga, Japan. He began judo in elementary school. He traveled to Tokyo during junior-high school to enter Kodogakusha, a judo school later attended by Olympic gold medalists Hidehiko Yoshida and Makoto Takimoto. He continued his education at the Nippon Sport Science University, and captured several awards including five consecutive championships at the Kodokan Cup and six consecutive championships at the All-Japan Judo Championships (all in the 71 kg division). Mako Kobata (born August 15, 1992) is a Japanese professional volleyball player. She plays the libero position and is known for her fast reactions and strong defense. Kobata has played for the Japan women's national volleyball team and participated in several international tournaments, including the Tokyo 2020 Olympics. Kosuke Kitajima
is a Japanese retired breaststroke swimmer. He won gold medals at the men's 100 m and 200 m breaststroke events at the 2004 Summer Olympics, and the 2008 Summer Olympics – becoming the first and only swimmer to sweep the breaststroke events at consecutive Olympic games.
