Nikollë Bardhi
Nikollë Bardhi (1551–1617) was an Albanian prelate of the Roman Catholic Church. He played a key role in the Albanian struggle against the Ottoman Empire. Nikollë Bardhi was born in region of Zadrima, Lezhë, modern northern Albania in 1551. His family included several notable figures of Albanian history like Frang Bardhi, writer of the early eras of Albanian literature and the Archbishop of Antivari, Gjergj Bardhi who was Nikollë Bardhi's nephew. After becoming a vicar in Rodon he was appointed vicar of the diocese of Mat, when Nikollë Mekajshi was the bishop of the diocese. In 1597 he became apostolic vicar and later bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Sapë. Nikollë Dukagjini
Nicholas Dukagjini (, ) was a 15th-century member of the Dukagjini family. Biography Nicholas Dukagjini was the son of Gjergj Dukagjini, who died before 1409 when Nicholas was mentioned for the first time as the landlord of two villages near Lezhë (Alessio) and the commander of a 140 men troop (40 cavalry and 100 infantry). Nicholas' name appears in documents of 1409. He participated in Albanian Revolt of 1432–1436 led by Gjergj Arianiti, during which he succeeded in regaining the territory held by his family before the Ottoman conquest of Albania. He even managed to capture Dagnum which he promptly granted to Venice. Unwilling to provoke the Ottomans, Venice returned Dagnum to Ottoman control in 1435. Nikollë Bojaxhiu
Nikollë Bojaxhiu ( – 1919), also known as Nikola Bojaxhiu was an Ottoman Albanian businessman, benefactor, politician and the father of the Roman Catholic nun and missionary Mother Teresa. His company constructed the first theatre of Skopje and participated in the development of the railway line that connected Kosovo with Skopje—a project he personally financed. An active Albanian rights activist, he was also the only Catholic to be elected to the city council of Skopje. Bojaxhiu died in 1919 in obscure circumstances, which led to reports that attributed his death to poisoning by Serbian agents. His children included Lazar, and Anjezë Bojaxhiu (Mother Teresa). Nikollë Gazulli ( Dajç, 15 June 1895 – Vrith, 23 March 1946) was a parish priest and Albanologist lexicographer with an interest in ethnography. Nicola Chetta, ( Arbërisht: Nikollë Keta; 12 July 1741 – 15 December 1803) was an Arbëresh writer and priest. He was born in Contessa Entellina, Sicily. He was educated at the Italo-Albanian Catholic seminary in Palermo. In 1777, Keta himself became rector of the seminary. Nikollë Mekajshi (, ) was a Franciscan Roman Catholic prelate who served as bishop of Stephanium, a region in central Albania. He took part in the Convention of Mat in 1594, and was a member of the delegation that negotiated with Pope. Nikolla bey Ivanaj or Nikollë Ivanaj (1879 – 1951) was an Albanian journalist, publisher and writer from Montenegro. He was considered one of the "distinguished personalities of the most conscious Albanian nationalism" and was included in Albanian insurgents' main staff during 1911. Ivanaj was the first Albanian writer from Montenegro with his work ''The flower of eternity'' () published in Tirana in 1943.
