The Thoroughbred is a horse breed best known for its use in horse racing. Although the word ''thoroughbred'' is sometimes used to refer to any breed of purebred horse, it technically refers only to the Thoroughbred breed. (born March 15, 1969 in Kyoto, Kyoto) is a Japanese jockey. A legend in Japan, Yutaka Take made his riding debut in 1987 and currently holds seven all-time records in his native country. Take has won at least one Grade 1 races for 23 straight years until 2010 and a graded stakes race for 36 consecutive years. Take has also shown his abilities abroad. Yuichi Fukunaga
is a Japanese jockey who has won 29 Grade 1 races in Japan and abroad. He is affiliated with the Japan Racing Association (JRA) in Rittō. His father is former jockey Yoichi Fukunaga who was said to be a "genius" during his active career, and his uncle is Takashi Kitamura, also a former jockey. His wife is former Fuji TV announcer Midori Matsuo. Since July 2016, he has a management contract with Horipro, the entertainment production in which his wife is also affiliated. Ushba Tesoro(、Foaled March 4, 2017) is a Japanese thoroughbred racehorse who won the Tokyo Daishoten in 2022, before going on to win the Kawasaki Kinen and the Dubai World Cup in 2023. The name "Ushba" is derived from a mountain in Georgia, while "Tesoro" is the eponym used by its owner. Agnes Digital (foaled May 15, 1997 – December 8, 2021) is an American born Japan-based Thoroughbred racehorse and the winner of the 2003 Yasuda Kinen. Career Agnes Digital's first race was on September 12th, 1999, where he came in 2nd at Hanshin Racecourse. He picked up his first win at the same course on October 2nd. He won his first graded race, by winning the Zen-Nippon Sansai Yushun on December 23rd, 1999. He then began competing in only stakes races and graded races. He won his next graded race on June 14th, 2000, by winning the Nagoya Yushun. He then picked up two big wins to close the year - the September 30th, 2000, Unicorn Stakes and the November 19th, 2000, international Mile Championship.
