''Night Call'' was a weekly call-in show hosted by Molly Lambert, Tess Lynch, and Emily Yoshida. In addition to free weekly podcasts on the iHeartRadio platform, ''Night Call'' hosted live shows on Twitch.tv and in person, and created book club themed episodes, movie club themed episodes, and monthly mixes for their Patreon supporters. Molly Lambert
Molly Lambert is an American journalist, podcaster and social activist. She was born in Los Angeles and grew up in the San Fernando Valley. Career From 2010 to 2012, Lambert wrote music reviews for Pitchfork. In 2014, she co-hosted the ESPN Grantland production ''Girls in Hoodies'' in which she discussed pop culture with Emily Yoshida and Tess Lynch. Lambert also co-hosted the MTV Entertainment Group podcast ''North Mollywood'' with journalist Alex Pappademas in 2017. In 2016, she wrote an article for ''The New York Times'' about glass bricks - a subject she has discussed extensively, including on the podcast ''Why Do You Know That?''. Emily Yoshida is a writer and director. Her first television show was ''Shogun'', for which she and the rest of the writing staff won the Writers Guild Awards for Drama Series and New Series in 2025. She also directed the music video for Speedy Ortiz's song Lucky 88, and wrote and directed a short film starring Mitski. Vulture
A vulture is a bird of prey that scavenges on carrion. There are 23 extant species of vulture (including condors). Old World vultures include 16 living species native to Europe, Africa, and Asia; New World vultures are restricted to North and South America and consist of seven identified species, all belonging to the Cathartidae family. A particular characteristic of many vultures is a bald, unfeathered head. This bare skin is thought to keep the head clean when feeding, and also plays an important role in thermoregulation. Vultures have been observed to hunch their bodies and tuck in their heads in the cold, and open their wings and stretch their necks in the heat. They also urinate on themselves as a means of cooling their bodies.
