Niels Bagh
Niels Gunnar Bagh (born 9 March 1961) is a Danish cricket umpire who serves on the ICC Associate and Affiliate International Umpires panel. Bagh first officiated a match of note in 2001 when Staffordshire played the Worcestershire Cricket Board in a List A match in the Cheltenham & Gloucester Trophy. Four years later, Bagh stood in his first first-class fixture, which was between the Netherlands and Scotland in the 2005 Intercontinental Cup. From 2005 to 2010, Bagh has stood in 12 further Intercontinental Cup matches. After standing his first List A match in 2001, he had to wait until the 2007 ICC World Cricket League Division Two to stand his next, as Uganda played the UAE. In total, Bagh has stood as an umpire in 25 List A matches. Some of these List A matches have had One Day International status. 2008 ICC World Twenty20 Qualifier
The 2008 ICC World Twenty20 Qualifier was the inaugural tournament of ICC World Twenty20 Qualifier and was played between 2 and 5 August 2008 in Stormont, Belfast in Northern Ireland. The top three played in the 2009 ICC World Twenty20, the international championship of Twenty20 cricket. The six competing teams were: Bermuda, Canada, Ireland, Kenya, The Netherlands and Scotland. The competition was won by Ireland and the Netherlands, who shared the trophy after rain forced the final to be abandoned without a ball bowled. Both teams qualified for the 2009 ICC World Twenty20 finals in England. After the withdrawal of Zimbabwe from the competition, the two finalists were joined by third-placed Scotland who eliminated Kenya. Twenty20 International
A Twenty20 International (T20I) is a form of cricket, played between two of the international members of the International Cricket Council (ICC), in which each team faces a maximum of twenty overs. The matches have top-class status and are the highest T20 standard. The game is played under the rules of Twenty20 cricket. Starting from the format's inception in 2005, T20I status only applied to Full Members and some Associate Member teams. However, in April 2018, the ICC announced that it would grant T20I status to all its 105 members from 1 January 2019. The shortened format was initially introduced to bolster crowds for the domestic game, and was not intended to be played internationally, but the first Twenty20 International took place on 17 February 2005 when Australia defeated New Zealand, and the first tournament was played two years later, with the introduction of the ICC T20 World Cup. The Bermuda national cricket team represents the British overseas territory of Bermuda in international cricket. The team is organised by the Bermuda Cricket Board (BCB), which became an associate member of the International Cricket Council (ICC) in 1966. A Bermudian national team was first organised in 1891, when a tour of New York City arranged. In the years before World War I, Bermuda and American teams (including the Philadelphians) frequently exchanged tours, although it was not until 1912, when Australia toured, that the national team played a full international.
