Niek Bezuidenhout
Nicolaas Stephanus Erasmus 'Nic' Bezuidenhout (born 4 August 1950) is a former South African rugby union player. Playing career Bezuidenhout played senior provincial rugby in South Africa for . In 1972, he toured with the South African Gazelles, a South African under-24 team, to Argentina. Bezuidenhout made his test debut in 1972 at Ellis Park against the touring English side captained by John Pullin. During 1974, he played in three tests against the British Lions and two tests during South Africa's tour of France. Bezuidenhout played a further two tests against and his final test was in 1977 against the World XV. Bezuidenhout played nine test matches and four tour matches for the Springboks. Delmas, Mpumalanga
Delmas is a small maize farming town situated east of Johannesburg in Mpumalanga, South Africa. The town is located some 19 km north-east of Springs and 73 km south-east of Pretoria. History The town was laid out in 1907 on the farm ''Witklip'' (Afrikaans for ''White Stone'') and has been administered by a town council since 1965. The name was given by the Frenchman Frank Campbell Dumat, former owner of Witklip, after his grandfather's farm in France. He originally laid out the town with 192 residential stands, 48 4 ha small holdings and 138 ha of commonage but by 1909 the governments added a further 5,500 ha to the town. This would be divided into 85 small holdings of around 64 ha. Geography Communities Bothibelong is a township 3 km north of Delmas. The name is derived from Sotho and means 'protection'. Stadium de Toulouse, previously named Stadium Municipal, is the largest multi-purpose stadium in Toulouse, France. It is currently used mostly for football matches, mainly those of the Toulouse Football Club, as well as rugby matches for Stade Toulousain in the European Rugby Champions Cup and Top 14. It is located on the island of Ramier near the centre of Toulouse. It is a pure football and rugby ground, and therefore has no athletics track surrounding the field. The stadium is able to hold 33,150 people. History The stadium was built in 1937 for the 1938 FIFA World Cup (but again under construction, the World Cup matches were played in the Stade du T.O.E.C., 4 kilometers further North) and has undergone two extensive renovations, in 1949 and 1997.
